Sunday Morning Creepy Deepy Poetry

It’s October, the leaves are swirling, and today the kids and I are making monsters and cobwebs to hang in the windows. You can find the directions for the cobwebs we’re making here and we will be skipping the spiders because yuck, I hate spiders and we’re going for creepy rather than panic-inducing. To get into the spirit we’re listening to a bunch of different stuff, including Marianne Faithfull’s reading of Edgar Allan Poe’s “Annabel Lee” from the album Closed On Account of Rabies — Poems and Tales of Edgar Allan Poe. Happy creeping, whatever you’re doing this Sunday!
